Conference poster sessions are a key way scholars across all disciplines communicate their research. Learn from examples of effective and ineffective research posters to ensure your research makes a statement.
During this workshop, explore best practices for designing and presenting an academic research poster that stands out, then apply those practices by creating a poster using PowerPoint. You will also learn tips for confidently speaking about your research.
Amanda McCollom, multimedia literacy coordinator, will lead this workshop.
It is open to UD students, faculty and staff. Graduate students who are creating posters to present their research are encouraged to attend. Registration is required as seating is limited.
